Inspired by the golden age of air travel, when leg room meant doing the twist and turbulence was a by-product of the bar steward's cocktail shaker, Mile High takes the best bits of a weekend away - the food, the drink and the unexpected - and serves them up in style in a pop-up London venue.
Passengers arrive promptly at 1930 hours for check in:
